BANGLADESH 1971 INTELLECTUALS KILLING TRAUMA


Golam Rasul Mallick Chief Editor Eastern News Agency of Bangladesh identified the bodies of Bangladesh intellectuals whom were killed by Al Badrs , Al Shams in the year 1971 in Rayer Bazaar killing Field.

It was the maverick media personality Journalist Golam Rasul Mallick who identified the bodies of the Intellectuals beside the traumatic killings of  his Brother in Law   (Professor Abul Kalam Azad , Head of Mathematics Department , Dhaka University),

Mr Mallick describing BBC in the live interview the brutal killings & its motives behind led by Al BADR & Al Shams, para military forces of Pakistan objectively aiming "Bangladeshi Intellectuals bankruptcy"".

Accompanied with Mr.Mallick was Mr.Habibul Bashar , Editor Daily Morning Post of Bangladesh & younger Brother of Professor Abul Kalam Azad & Mr Enayetullah Khan, Chief Editor , Weekly Holidays of Bangladesh.

On contrary, Mr.Golam Rasul Mallick formed  Eastern News Agency' which was  the first privately-owned news agency in Bangladesh established in March 1968. It developed into a full-fledged news agency before the outbreak of the War of Liberation of Bangladesh and was declared by the Father of the Nation Sheikh Mujibur Rahman as the only private National news agency of Bangladesh.
